Your run logs, recipes, measurement data and the QC spreadsheet go in just as they are, from any PVD or CVD machine. Everything is processed and stored in the EU.

Every run is linked to its recipe and its result

Every measurement in the analysis traces back to its run, a changed setpoint becomes a new version, and a year of history keeps its meaning.

Every applicable model runs

Every model in the library that applies to your material runs before any agent looks at the analysis; the ones that do not apply say so and name the reason.

The agent plans and explains

The agent reads the files, works out which questions the data can answer, runs the models it needs, and writes the finding up. Every number can be followed back to the file it came from, and the analysis stays open for the next question, in chat.

During the run, the parameters are read against the history of the same recipe on the same machine.

When a parameter drifts toward a bad batch, the warning comes during the run. The operator hears about it while the parts are still in the chamber.

When a batch is lost anyway, the investigation starts from the record built during the run: the runs, the drift and the note the operator left at the chamber.

Same inputs, same answer.

Every step names the model it used and the published work behind it. A computed value never gets mixed in with a measured one.

Three runs at the same 80 V bias saw 46, 47 and 56 eV at the substrate. The setpoint alone does not set the ion energy, so the models read the whole setpoint set.
